Applicant Rules,
Notice & Consent
This notice explains voluntary adult participation, the entertainment-only rules, what information is collected, how private Round 3 upload passwords work, and how approved media may be used in social-media videos, posts, and other activity-related content.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old at the time you submit an application. By checking the age box and submitting, you certify that you meet this requirement. The form records your attestation; it does not collect your date of birth or independently verify your identity.
2. Voluntary participation; free entertainment only
You are choosing to participate voluntarily in a free, entertainment-only community activity for adults. No purchase, entry fee, payment, wager, donation, or financial account information is required. No cash prize, compensation, employment, trip, travel reimbursement, lodging, ticket, or other thing of value is promised through this site. Applying or participating does not by itself create an employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and nothing in these terms waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
“Let's Go to Paris,” “Paris winner,” “ticket,” “summit,” and similar labels are themed recognition language only. Any future travel, filming, appearance, labor, or production arrangement must be offered separately in writing and accepted separately; it is not created by applying, competing, voting, or winning here.
3. Information collected
The application and contestant portal may collect your name, email address, general location, social-media handle, introduction, questionnaire answers, invited Round 3 media, later-round pictures and captions, file metadata such as the original filename, type, and size, fit score, competition status, and your age and consent acknowledgments. The site associates your application with your site-specific signed-in account identifier. If selected for Round 3, the administrator assigns a private, one-person upload password; the service stores a one-way password verification value rather than the readable password and uses it to associate the later upload with your application.
4. Storage and review
Application information and original uploaded media are stored in private application records and file storage. Authorized administrators may review them to evaluate eligibility and fit, contact applicants, issue or replace Round 3 upload access, approve family-friendly casting profiles, administer casting and matchup voting, seed and operate the bracket, approve round pictures, maintain consent records, and manage the activity.
Round 3 media cannot be displayed before Round 2 closes. Original uploads remain quarantined at all times. Any later public display requires a separate derivative with a supported type and size, verified dimensions, a sanitization marker, and an administrator moderation marker. Missing or inconsistent publication data fails closed.
A Round 3 password is intended for one invited contestant and one application. Do not share it. The organizer may replace or disable it if it may have been exposed. Password attempts may be rate limited and checked for abuse.
5. Family-friendly media rules
Every photo, video, caption, and later-round picture must be family-friendly. Do not submit nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, graphic violence or gore, hateful or harassing material, illegal or dangerous conduct, or visible confidential or highly sensitive information. Every person shown or heard must be at least 18 years old and must have agreed to the uses described here.
You must own the media or have permission from the copyright owner to submit and authorize its use. File checks only confirm supported format and size; they do not determine whether content is appropriate. Invited Round 3 media cannot appear before the application-question Round 2 closes and still requires administrator approval and a sanitized public derivative before any later display. Bracket pictures remain hidden until every bracket Round 2 matchup is closed and still require both moderation and derivative checks. The organizer may reject, hide, remove, or decline to publish any submission.
Photo and video files can contain embedded location, device, date, or other metadata. Remove metadata you do not want shared before uploading. The public pipeline is designed to require a separately sanitized derivative, but no automated process can guarantee that visible or audible private information has been removed; administrators and applicants must review the public copy.
6. Public, social-media, and promotional use
By accepting the required media consent, you authorize the organizer to reproduce, crop, trim, caption, edit, publish, display, and distribute your approved name, social handle, general location, introduction, captions, image, likeness, voice, and administrator-approved sanitized media derivatives in the public casting gallery, community voting, bracket pages, matchup voting, social-media videos or posts, online videos, livestreams, stories, reels, clips, recaps, and related promotional posts for this activity. Private questionnaire answers and original unsanitized files are not included in that authorization.
Uploaded media may reveal your image, voice, likeness, surroundings, or other visible or audible information. Public material can be copied, recorded, indexed, or reshared by other people and may remain available after the organizer removes the original. You may request an end to future use, but removal from the organizer's accounts cannot guarantee deletion of copies already downloaded or reshared by other people. Do not submit confidential material or content you do not own or have permission to share.
7. Sensitive Round 2 answers
Round 2 may ask about political views or intimate preferences. These answers are used for private applicant review and will not be published unless you separately and specifically agree to their publication. Do not identify or disclose private information about another person.
8. Recording and appearances
Consent to use an uploaded photo or video does not replace any appearance, name-and-likeness, recording, or production release that may be required if you later participate in filming, streaming, interviews, or other recorded activity. Any such activity requires a separate arrangement.
9. Selection, voting, and organizer discretion
Submitting an application does not guarantee public casting approval, votes, bracket placement, publication, compensation, travel, or a prize. Each signed-in site account may cast one changeable vote in the casting stage. Live bracket matchups do not require sign-in: an essential random browser cookie permits one changeable vote per browser per matchup, and only a one-way hash of that identifier is stored with the vote. These controls do not guarantee that every vote comes from a unique person because cookies can be cleared and voters can use another browser or private-browsing session. Casting totals determine the leading field, with private fit score, submission time, and record ID used as disclosed deterministic tie-breakers. When a matchup poll closes, the higher community total advances automatically; a tie uses the better seed and then record ID. An exceptional administrator override is allowed only with a recorded reason in the audit log. The organizer may reject or remove applications or media that do not meet these rules and may pause or end the activity.
10. Retention and deletion
The site does not yet enforce automatic retention deadlines. Before public launch, the organizer must adopt and operate a dated retention schedule for rejected applications, selected contestants, votes, original uploads, public derivatives, consent evidence, reports, and backups. See the Privacy Center for the current operational status and recommended launch targets.
You may request withdrawal, correction, export, deletion of eligible records, or an end to future public use. Some limited records may need to be retained for security, consent evidence, disputes, or legal obligations.
11. Privacy, safety, and takedown requests
Use the signed-in privacy request page to prepare an access, correction, withdrawal, export, or deletion request. Use the safety report page for private information, unsafe content, impersonation, harassment, copyright, or takedown concerns. A request is not complete until the monitored contact receives it, verifies it when needed, and confirms the result.
12. Your acknowledgment
By checking the required boxes and submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and understood these rules and this notice, that your information is accurate, that you are participating voluntarily, and that you agree to the collection and uses described above. If invited, the Round 3 upload form requires you to confirm again—before the media is accepted—that participation is voluntary and that approved media may be used in social-media videos or posts, online videos, livestreams, casting, bracket pages, reels, clips, recaps, and related posts for this activity.
